We headed straight for a small town called Okere Falls located a stones throw from Rotorua. This would be our base for the next few months and is the source of the Kaituna River, and unbelievably exciting and fun river to kayak and raft.
While working on new river prototype boards for the 2016 GoPro Games, we’re reminded of the thrill and adventure from a few summers ago when we traveled to two of the season’s biggest competitions, The GoPro Mountain Games in Vail, Colorado and the Payette River Games in little town Cascade, Idaho.
