Pau Hana Surf Supply provides a manufacturer’s warranty for defects in workmanship and materials on all new boards for 120 days from the date of purchase.

This warranty begins on the date of purchase and applies only to the original purchaser and cannot be transferred.

All warranty claims must be started and submitted by the Pau Hana dealer where the original purchase was made. All claims must be submitted seven days from the date the defect was discovered.

This warranty does not cover damage that may result from normal use, misuse of product, unauthorized modification or repairs, accidents, heat, excessive exposure to sunlight, improper handling and storage, improper transportation, abuse, use in commercial, rental or teaching situations, falling on the board, dropping the board or using for something other than it was intended.

SeaMounts: warranty voided if accessories are attached directly to Anchor Point (SeaMount™ plug) with the exception of: d-rings, paddle clips, YakAttack Rotogrips, YakAttack sliders, yoga ring knobs, yoga pad knobs, and SeaMount baseplates.

A description of what the problem is and how it occurred plus photos are required fields.

At least 3 photos that clearly show the defect.
